You can get to these places within 5~10min by foot.

Jenifer's home really located in a good place for people who want to study at SNU. It only takes less than 15 mins to the entrance of the campus. My days stayed in Janifer's place made me warm, cause Jenifer really take care of me and fulfill my need. One day I was sick, she gave me the porridge for lunch and also cooked dinner for me. Really appreciated!
A perfect location if you're a student at SNU. Also it is very convenient and feels very safe due to the closeness to the police station. If there was any problems with the place Jenifer handled it as soon as she could manage. Overall a very nice place to stay.
Jenifer is a wonderful host. The apartment is quite nice with three bedrooms and a dining area and kitchen. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone studying or working at SNU. The bus stop is right outside the apartment, and it is a 5-20 min ride anywhere on campus, as well as a 15 min walk to the subway station (2 line) where you can go practically anywhere in the city (FYI, ~40 min to Hongdae and ~20 to Gangnam). The apartment is very clean and if you are living there for an extended period, chances are you will get to know your flatmates well, which is always nice! The room itself I would recommend for 1 person rather than 2, just because there is not much space to put stuff for more than 1 person. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the place!!
I stayed more than 5 months at Jenifer's place and it was just perfect. The apartment is located right between SNU and the subway, Jenifer is an amazing host, the apartment is very calm and nice. Do not hesitate to book, you will not regret it!
Such a nice guest! Jennifer was always very helpful, so thanks to her my trip in Korea was even better. The house is near the subway (line 2, the most important line in Seoul) and not that far from the "hot places" like Hongdae, Gangnam and Itaewon. You can also find a lot of bars and restaurants after 5-10minutes walking from the house, so it's very convenient. If you are hesitating about this place, don't and choose this one!

In front of the house, there is public park and police station. So it is very queit and safe. But within 5min. distance, there are lots of restaurant and shoppiing mall. And subway, Bus station.
