Situated on Foreshore Road, Ahipara, this modern stylish bach faces North towards the start of 90 mile beach. Across the road is a beautiful safe swimming area, patrolled by life guards in summer. The entire front of the house opens up onto the deck and faces an outdoor fireplace. We also have an outside bath, the perfect way to end a day on the beach and in the ocean. The main bedroom adjoins the living room and has louvred doors for privacy. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people with a large screen tv, ideal for movie nights. The modern galley style kitchen is a chef / entertainers delight with modern appliances and great views across the garden and onto the Tasman ocean. The main bathroom is modern with large tiled shower and vanity. The second bedroom is a unit behind the main property separate from the house, slightly elevated with rustic outdoor steps. This also has a detached outdoor bathroom and shower.

Jon’s house was 20/10! Jon’s hosting was 20/10! Beautiful indoor space. Fantastic kitchen. Great indoor and outdoor bathrooms. The highlight was the outdoor space … huge garden with a great bbq, lots of space for kids to play and opposite the most beautiful beach where horses roamed freely. This is a very special part of NZ, where you feel the Māori culture and feel lucky to be part of it. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Jon.
Stunning location. Fabulous responsive and friendly host- Jon was awesome. The home is fabulous, loved the amenities, location and all the extra goodies thank you so much. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back.
Absolutely great location. You can walk to the beach and swim . wonderful vintage hippie atmosphere. Very fast Internet. Perfect communication with Jon.
