The place is looks better in person than in the pictures. The check in process was smooth. The basic amenities were provided. The hot water in the shower is a plus! Location is great. It's near the mall and bars. Plus points because the host allowed us to check out late. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thank you so much sir Ken!

Ken's place is so much worth the value. There's a supermarket within few steps from the building, parking structure (for a fee) , ATM machines, and a lot of choices to eat from. I would suggest the crispy pata right across the street, we got the crispy wings which came in a much larger portion than we expected. Superb location.

Peacefull relaxing time in clean well maintained unit close to shops eateries and local places of interest 15 min walk to mrt highly recomend this place

The unit is clean and has a nice view of the city. Has a free Wi Fi. There is one small cabinet to put your clothes but not enough for a long stay. The other side of the cabinet was locked. Other than that the rent for my stay was absolutely fair and of course save some money for other expenses.
