Great Place for a Family. House was immaculate.

Excellent, responsive hosts! I had a couple of questions prior to my arrival as well as after my arrival. CLEAN! Plenty of towels and linens. Updated bathrooms. Matching dishes, with additional glassware for cocktails. There were even plastic dishware for children I was in town for a few days and chose this home partially due to the location, as I previously lived in Albuquerque. Although I stayed here by myself, it is set up for many people. I will definitely choose this home again, if it is available. For individuals who only quickly glance at photos, there are two separate living areas and two dining areas. Private backyard. Parking in a garage is a must for me in Albuquerque. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to what we needed. Shopping, restaurants etc.. The bedrooms were lovely and so comfy. We will definitely look at returning. Thomas responded quickly with any questions😊

It was wonderful I was so surprised at the actual space because there was so much more room than we had anticipated. When we couldn't find the internet passcode it just took a couple of minutes of asking where it was before we got the response with pictures it was great I would definitely without question do this again with the residents because it was wonderful and I'm a local and I was impressed

This was a clean and comfortable house. It’s quite dated and a bit worn, but spotlessly clean with most basic needs met. We didn’t need to spend much time there except to sleep, so it was great for that purpose. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. Unless this has been fixed, the listing description states pets welcome. That was one of our original search criteria. However, once we arrived with our well traveled and well behaved dog, the detailed house rules state absolutely no pets. This was distressing, but we were able to communicate with the host and come to an agreement.
