Enjoy a cozy and modern experience at our centrally-located flat. We are nestled within a beautiful neighborhood, and only a 15 minute walk to popular restaurants and coffee shops located in beautiful Stellenbosch. During your stay, you can take a quick 7 minute walk to a neighborhood coffee shop and grocery store. We are an amazing base for any trip to explore Stellenbosch and the beautiful surrounding vineyards. This quaint and modern flat is styled as a two person getaway with a fully function kitchen including a gas stove, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle and more. There is a comfortable and high quality mattress, refrigerator, down comforter, and extra pillows for a great night's rest. The bathroom is incredibly spacious with a large walk in closet. Enjoy an incredible shower under our extra large rain shower head. You will be situated behind a secure gated fence. There is also a parking spot available behind an electric fence. NOTE: the spot is tight and cannot accommodate extra large vehicles. The property is very secure. The flat opens up to a private patio for dining.

Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a secure parking spot. Communication with Ricky was great - he helped us quickly when we had a problem. A little downside is that the apartment does not have table inside just a little sofa table which was not very stable. Other than that it was nice
We had a very great stay in Stellenbosch. Comma, the communication and variety went perfectly. Lovely again.
They are great hosts - replying always very quickly and helpful. The apartment is so nicely decorated and super modern, we found it very comfortable. The air condition was highly appreciated! The only thing we were missing was a table to eat inside because it was sometimes too hot and sunny outside. All in all we had a great stay in Stellenbosch and would come again :-)

You will be nestled within the tranquil neighborhood of Die Boord. It is an excellent location to walk or bike. At the bottom of the hill you will find a large grocery store with a cafe as well as a coffee shop with a play area for children. There is a pharmacy, laundromat, spa, ATM, and more facilities there as well.
There is private parking behind an electric, gated fence. You can take a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Stellenbosch, 10 minutes to the University, and 15 minutes to many wineries located in and around the town. You can also easily walk to downtown Stellenbosch.
