Stylish 2BR/2BA bungalow remodeled in 2023 on Phoenix’s prestigious east side near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Biltmore Fashion Park is closeby at 2.5 miles. Porcelain tile floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, and mint green appliances. Fenced front and side yards w/BBQ, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, & picnic table. Full size washer/dryer. Smart TVs in living room & bedrooms w/speedy Wi-Fi. Sparkling heated swimming pool shared w/two other bungalows. Parking for 2 in carport. This 2023 remodeled single level bungalow features two bedrooms, the master with a king bed, dresser, and night stands with reading lamps. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, night stands, reading lamps and a dresser. Both bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs with streaming WiFi access. The living room boasts 2 sofas, a club chair, bistro table and 2 barstools. The dining area features a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 more available in the closet. The living room has a stereo turntable and a 55" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The speedy WiFi service is 1 gig. The master bathroom has a shower, vanity, and one piece lav. The hall bath features the same. Both bathrooms provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The new kitchen features a stainless steel undermount sink, mint green refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, and full size stacked washer and dryer. There is plenty of cabinet and counter space with all the typical amenities (Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, etc). There is room for two cars in the carport as well as street parking. We LOVE dogs - they stay for free! Fully fenced yard for your pets, kids, and a place to relax by the BBQ grill and fire pit in the Adirondack chairs, or picnic table.

What a great space with or without dogs but I was grateful for the space I was able to let the dogs out which was clean and well equipped. Definitely would be back

We found a gem in the big city haystack: an affordable single-story in a convenient and safe location with a king-size bed, and a large dog welcomed. We were impressed with the unexpected elegant futuristic smart appliances beautifully blended with the charm of a cheerfully calming BOHO retro vibe, the lovely layout with an attached carport and (truly) heated pool, and the fully stocked kitchen and games/books/music corner. We appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows with soft new linens, the fenced yard, and host communications that were expertly written, timely, and exceeded our every expectation. As seasoned travelers with a large multigenerational family and four decades of experience working in the hospitality industry and construction trades, we think this is the perfect place for families, couples, and everyone looking for the feeling of a want-for-nothing quiet home away from home with a gracious and thoughtful host. Located in Phoenix’s prestigious Midtown/east side near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Biltmore Fashion Park is nearby at just over 2 miles, Sky Harbor Airport and Downtown Phoenix are 4 miles as are Roosevelt Row, Chase Field (Diamondbacks) and Talking Stick Arena (Suns). Old Town Scottsdale (Giants spring training), Fashion Square, Talking Stick Casino and Salt River Fields (Rockies and Diamondbacks spring training) are 8 miles and Tempe (Arizona State University main campus) is but 9 miles away. The on-ramp of the Piestewa Freeway (State Route 51) is under a half mile, putting entire Valley of the Sun within convenient driving distance of the Biltmore Bungalows. The immediate neighborhood consists primarily of midcentury single-family homes, though popular pre-war historic districts are in close proximity. The Biltmore Bungalows are a single level midcentury triplex built in 1947 and extensively remodeled in 2023. All bungalows have private yards and individual parking. The heated swimming pool is shared by all three.
You have a private two car carport along with street parking. Uber and Lyft are always nearby. Getting around is easy.
