Kitchen includes Keurig with complimentary K cups, Teas, sugar, creamers - Large dining room and table, enough to fit large family. Beverage cooler and bar area - Awesome double swing out doors from dining room onto deck for fully open concept and fresh air 2nd Floor: 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms -Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 4): 1 Full bed and a Twin bunk beds (total of 2 twins) -Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): 1 King bed with ensuite luxury bathroom - Game room: includes 2 arcade games, awesome hand painted wall mural which Cincinnati is known for, Smart TV, board games, books, reading materials. 3rd Floor : 2 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom -Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 4): 2 Queen beds -Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): 1 Queen bed - Laundry room includes 1 large washer, 2 dryers. Laundry detergent, bleach, dryer sheets included. Backyard: - Fully fenced in with lock - Access to private parking lot from backyard - Deck with outdoor furniture- "L shaped couch", 2 chairs, propane fire fit - Grill w/ propane included and grilling utensils Front patio: - 2 chairs and table, rug perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and people watching Conveniently situated in the heart of Walnut Hills, you'll find yourself steps away from eclectic eateries, charming local shops, and beautiful parks. Excellent proximity to downtown and all attractions… Up-and-coming neighborhood
We can't say enough about Daniel & Nicole's home. It met every need we had. Home was immaculate with tons of room. We had 12 people that included 2 babies, 1 toddler and a 5 & 7 year old and we had plenty of room. The arcade games on the second floor were a huge hit with the kids. Beds were extremely comfortable and all three bathrooms were amazing. Location was so convenient as we were close to the venue for our sons wedding and downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend, don't think twice, get it booked! Daniel was an excellent host, thank you Daniel and Nicole! Not a complaint just a heads up, quite a few stairs to get to the 3rd floor but 2 excellent bedrooms, awesome bathroom and washer with "2" dryers! It's worth the climb! : )
The hot tub, yard, and outdoor seating was not clean or ready to use on our arrival but Daniel responded immediately and had the hot tub water replaced and yard cleaned up and mowed the next day. The tub took days to warm up and we were not able to enjoy it unfortunately as we had a short trip. We received partial refund for the inconvenience. The house itself was clean, well decorated, and great for our family of 9, including three toddlers. The stairs are steep inside which is typical of homes in the area. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the large space and layout of the home. We did run out of hot water (mostly upstairs) so we staggered our showers and laundry. There was plenty of room to park and while some of the neighborhood is in need of repair or under construction, we had no problems or concerns. It was quiet and a great location to enjoy the zoo, aquarium, and downtown.
We had an AWESOME stay! Super clean and beautifully decorated & cozy. We were comfortable the entire time and had plenty of room to hang out & sleep (we had 6 adults & 5 kids). Hosts are quick to respond, very friendly & provided an awesome digital resource of suggested things to do around the area. Hot tub was fun and plenty of towels were provided. We walked to a yummy coffee shop and restaurant nearby as well. We have stayed in many airbnbs and this one checks all the boxes and then some! Great place :)
We had a great Spring Break stay at Daniel’s place! The house is very clean and has been beautifully updated. It was perfect for our 4 adults and 5 younger kids (ages 2-9). It served as a home base for our daily excursions to the Newport Aquarium, Cincinnati Zoo, and Top Golf. Daniel and his team were proactive in their communication and thorough in their instructions and descriptions. You can tell the neighborhood/area is being upgraded and we had no safety concerns or issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
