Rachael is a wonderful host, kind and attentive, frequently going out of her way to help her guests and to make them feel comfortable. Her place is clean, tidy, spacious, with all the amenities, and you will soon feel at home there. Great for students and travellers looking for a place to stay in New Haven.

The combination of affordability and ‘close enough’ location makes this place truly perfect. The grocery store is nearby and most everything is a quick car ride or uber/lyft away. I felt safe and enjoyed the easy on street parking and access to the full kitchen. I definitely can not recommend this place more if you have an extended stay in New Haven.
