Spacious and clean place in a really convenient location in downtown Troy

Great location! The apartment was spotless when we arrived and we had a great stay! We did have a tiny issue locating the unit within the building, but that was solved with a quick call to the host.

A great and easy stay. The owner contacted us beforehand to ensure we had no questions. The apartment was clean throughout. I would recommend this location.

The apt looked exactly like photos. It was spacious and seemed newly updated or built. The host was communicative and friendly. The instructions to enter first set of street doors were not very clear but was able to gain access fairly quickly with a call to host. The doorways inside are all raised so just be mindful when walking around if your not used to having all raised doorways. The listing mentioned having a microwave but didn’t so just be aware in case your bringing certain foods or trying to reheat any leftovers. Our stay would have been very nice but was not aware a nightclub shares the same walls as apt and was blasting music from 9pm to 4am our entire stay on Friday and Saturday. No one could sleep and having 2 young kids that were able to hear everyone all night in the club was upsetting. We would not book this again based solely on the nightclub situation. I would ask the host to spend a Friday and Saturday in the apt to understand how someone could sleep there.
