This is a great place in the North End of Halifax, on the upper level of a two-storey house (which also contains other apartments). There are easy bus connections to downtown, or it is walkable in about 20 minutes or so. There are two decent-size bedrooms, which are not right next to each other, which is good in terms of privacy. The larger bedroom has a balcony with some patio furniture (which is probably great in summer; my visit was in mid-winter). One small thing is that, in the smaller bedroom, one can sometimes hear noise from the next apartment. It wasn't too bad, and they generally quieted down at an appropriate hour. The larger bedroom is very quiet. Great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. As Halifax evolves, there are more and more brew-pubs and restaurants in the north end, which are within walking distance. There's a huge supermarket a 15-minute walk away, and convenience stores / pizza are closer. I'd stay there again.

The location is convenient, easy to find, and in a very walkable neighborhood. The bedrooms are large, and the balcony is a nice amenity. It is well-furnished and stylish, though the unit itself is in need of some maintenance and updating. There was a musty, damp smell in the entryway that was a bit off-putting, but the smell didn’t affect the unit itself. The mattresses are very firm and would benefit from a topper to make them more comfortable. We arrived a bit early and the host was responsive when we asked to check in 20 minutes early. Instructions were clear and accurate, and we had no issues accessing the unit. Overall it suited our needs for this trip.

Appartement agréable bien que l’odeur en entrant laisse à désirer. La serrure a sonné quelques heures mais l’hôte a été rapide à venir la réparer. Situé près de l’avenue Agricola très agréable !

when I first pulled dup the drive there was a pile of garbage at the entrance as soon as I open the door there was the most disgusting smell that never went away I put my food in the fridge got up for work the next day all my food was bad they had to enter the apartment multiple times before replacing the fridge. ( no compensation for the spoiled food I might add.) the place was extremely noisy did not get one good night's nor did my roommates. I ended up leaving the unit a day early just to get out of the place. I would highly recommend nobody ever stay. if I could give this apartment negative Stars I would.
