East Midland House is a modern, semi-detatched cottage just outside the town of Thrapston near to the town of Kettering in Northamptonshire. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a lawned garden to the rear with garden furniture. East Midland House is a fantastic cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

The historic market town of Thrapston was granted its market charter in 1205 by King John, and still proudly hosts a weekly market every Tuesday in addition to a yearly Charter Fair. Many historic attractions are located nearby, including the towns 13th century church, Kimbolton Castle (9 miles), Fotheringhay Castle (9 miles) and Rockingham Castle (11 miles). Alternatively, the Santa Pod Raceway is a 30 minute drive and hosts a multitude of car events throughout the year. Golfers can play at the picturesque Overstone Park Golf Club just 15 miles away. Why not spend a day in Cambridge, just short of an hours drive? With excellent links to London Luton Airport, Thrapston is the ideal base for a Northamptonshire holiday.
