Merely blocks away from Noe Valley’s charming 24th St with Whole Foods, delightful cafes, restaurants & boutique shops you’ll be able to explore the local delights with ease. Live like a local in your perfect home away from home in this peaceful, historic, family friendly neighborhood of San Francisco! Our unit is on the ground floor of a 2-unit historic Italianate building built in the early 1900s oozing quintessential SF charm! It sits on a flat block lined with beautiful Victorians with the famous Twin Peaks forming your picturesque backdrop (you can literally take a 25 minute hike up to Twin Peaks right from your doorstep). Located in a quiet part of vibrant Noe Valley, you will be in the geographical center of San Francisco! In terms of connectivity, the place offers the perfect home base for your local excursions: - Bunch of cafes/restaurants/whole foods/local grocer/bars within 5-15 mins walk - Historic districts of Castro, Mission, Dolores Park within 1-2 miles (5 mins ride) - Golden gate park, Panhandle, Twin Peaks within 2 miles (10 mins ride) - Airport ~20 mins ride - Downtown / Embarcadero ~15-20 mins ride - Alamo Square / NoPa ~10 min ride - Easy access to freeways, tech shuttles, MUNI etc.. Relative to typical 1-bedroom SF homes, this is a spacious unit offering ~1,000 square feet of living space. Additionally, there's a decent sized den that can be used flexibly as a dedicated workspace or workout or kids play area. Complete w/ a large, fully stocked chef’s kitchen with all the appliances and cooking utensils, you can cook up a gourmet meal for the entire group or whip up something quick for the road :) If you have a car, you are in luck since our neighborhood has free street parking - a rarity in San Francisco! (please be mindful of clearly marked street cleaning days to avoid getting a ticket) We love our city and want our guests to enjoy and create lifelong memories as well. We loved staying in this peaceful location a little bit away from the center of town but walkable to fun low-key places to eat, drink and shop. The space had everything we needed as a group of 3. The check in was easy and we found free parking right outside.
Stayed in Sargam's home while I was in San Francisco for work. The location was great - there were many restaurants in walking distance, relatively quiet, and easy to travel to other parts of the city. Highly recommend!
Great spot for a one night stay after arriving late to SFO. Easy to find, check-in and well-appointed.
We had a great stay at Sargam's place. The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of easy street parking right next to the apartment as advertised (a rarity in SF!) The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well appointed for making easy breakfasts in the morning. Since I had 2 toddlers with me, we did have to move some of the beautiful decor to higher ground, but otherwise it was a great place to stay for our family.
The space was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Finding street parking out front was very easy and the area was a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood with a number of good restaurants, cafes and shops. The TV and wifi setup was good and the kitchen and bath were both well setup and supplied. All in all a top stay.

Just a couple of blocks away, you'll discover the fantastic cafes, restaurants, and shops of the charming 24th Street in Noe Valley. Mission street/Dolores Park, the famous Castro street, Eureka Valley are all within walking distance. Please note that some streets are hilly but the walk is enjoyable and so worth it! If nature is calling, hiking trails near Twin Peaks are just a stone's throw away.
Exploring the city is a breeze with a bus stop (#35 bus) right across the street from the house and Muni within a short walk. 24th street & 16th street are the closest Bart stations. There is ample (free) street parking just outside your front door or along the cross street, however, please be mindful of street cleaning days to avoid getting a ticket.
