The staff of Avida is courteous and accommodating: from the security guard at the drop-off area, to the receptionist at the lobby, and to the bellhop who will assist you with your luggages and escort you up to your room. I didn't expect that the unit was spacious, even the bathroom was big. There's so much room to move around. The unit was spotless and no funky odor noted. There is a wardrobe with cloth hangers. The glass cabinet has an "honesty store" where food items are available for purchase. The mirror in the bathroom has an LED light; water heater is functional, too. Toiletries and towels are provided. Since the condo is near bars and restaurant, music can be heard even up to the 22nd floor, but it is tolerable and you could still sleep peacefully. The view from the window is amazing as you can see so much of the downtown area. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with John's unit and I recommend his unit to fellow travellers and those who want a staycation.

Great stay and great location! Check in/out was easy, room was really clean, bathroom had a bidet & hot water, place is very convenient and easily accessible. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Only comment is that wifi isn’t as fast. Thanks again for the hosting us!
