One word, “best”. Fabrizio was super hospitable and kind even before we checked in and after the check out. The place is truly fabulous. Haven’t seen a BnB so well equipped which had everything one can need. Fabrizio went out of his way to make sure that we feel at home. Truly a great host and a gentleman. The place has spectacular amenities and views. Would love to be a guest there if we come again. Thank you Fabrizio!

We had a wonderful week here. We felt the apartment was a bit bigger than it looks in the photos, and we found it to be very comfortable and peaceful. But it is the outside space that makes the apartment truly special. The views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius are spectacular. We spent a LOT of time on the terrace! Seiano is much quieter than places like Sorrento, so it was lovely to come back from trips to more touristy spots and enjoy the slower pace of life. There are some nice restaurants close by, and a great grocery store that sells local produce and home-cooked meals that you can take away to heat up in the apartment. Fabrizio is a lovely guy and the perfect host. Our flight was cancelled, and the rescheduled flight ended up arriving very late. Fabrizio was so helpful and flexible. He met us after midnight to let us into the apartment and made us feel so welcome. He kept in touch throughout our stay and had plenty of local tips. Gracie mille! Arrivederci!

This apartment is perfect for a Sorrento stay! 10 minutes away from the town by train, train station itself is walkable too. The terrace is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views from every corner. If you are renting a car, there is a private (and free!) garage across from the building. This location is perfectly situated between Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Fabrizio was an excellent host that gave lots of great recommendations for Seiano itself (location of the apartment) and Sorrento, in tandem with being very responsive and overall a very pleasant host. I would highly recommend this apartment for any Sorrento stay!

Had a lovely stay here, Fabrizio was an excellent host - gave us recommendations and information about the local area and let us in on where the locals go to eat. Very friendly and helpful, he met us at the station, even when our flights had been delayed so we arrived later than intended he met us with warmth - he even called ahead to a private transfer company (to the airport) to get information for us, truly going above and beyond! The location was beautiful, no picture can do those views justice, both during the day and night it was stunning. The place is well connected, very close to the station and a grocery store with very friendly staff so it's easy to get to all the big hits. The beds are comfy and there are all the amenities you could need! I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering it, you can't beat a meal in the sun on the terrace!

Die Wohnung war genau richtig für unseren Kurzurlaub an der amalfitanischen Küste. Sie war sehr nett eingerichtet und hatte eine großartige Dachterrasse. Weil wir Anfang März da waren, war für uns auch das Heizsystem wichtig. Es hat zum Glück sehr gut funktioniert. Wir hatten immer heißes Wasser zum Duschen und die Heizung hat immer für eine warme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Es war auch toll, dass wir einen Garagenplatz inklusive hatten. Fabrizio war ein absolut freundlicher, zuvorkommender und sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat für uns Ausgehmöglichkeiten recherchiert und ist persönlich vorbeigekommen, um sich von uns zu verabschieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch der Lebensmittel-Laden um die Ecke. Pasquale und seine Eltern sind großartig. Wir haben dort fast jeden Mittag gegessen und mit Pasquale geplaudert. Sie haben eine tolle Theke mit Käse, Aufschnitt und Tagesgerichten. In der Pizzeria degli Amici war jeden Abend eine Party oder Hochzeit. Es war toll, dort einfach mitzumachen.
