Kozzie on Suttons is a neat and cozy holiday house, just one block away from Suttons beach, Margate beach and Youth Park. It’s easy 15’ walk to the popular attractions, such as Settlement Cove lagoon, Bee Gees Way, Redcliffe Jetty & the Sunday Markets. A few minutes drive will take you to Kayo stadium, Peninsular Fair shopping centre and cinema. Enjoy kms of beach walk, watch the sunrise, sample the many waterfront cafes and restaurants and have a great time! This place has just been reopened after few months of improvement. You will have the entire space during your stay. The living areas are on the upper level of the house, with access via the front staircase. There are the fully fenced front and back yards with northerly breezes all year round. Unwind in the air-conditioned lounge room with smart TV, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The open area dining accommodates six people comfortably. There are three bright and airy bedrooms with comfy beds, large windows and ceiling fans (there are air conditioners in two of the bedrooms). There is one bathroom and two separate toilets. The internal staircase at the back leads to the large private backyard and the laundry room.

My family was visiting from overseas, so I had to book them into a place at the last minute. Hannah was very easy to talk to. Communication was great and straightforward. The place itself was beautiful; a lot of effort has been put into making it feel comfortable. It was very clean, and I will definitely book it again. Great location too, very close to the water and Redcliffe markets.
Beautiful, intimate home. It was lovely, peaceful and clean. We only had a quick stay and we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted to. Hannah was great and quick to communicate with. I would highly recommend for small family or adult group who want to there explore the Redcliffe area, very close to the water as well!

The Redcliffe peninsula is a vibrant seaside town with many local tourist attractions. It is only 25' easy freeway drive north of Brisbane airport, via the scenic Houghton Highway Bridge. Major attractions are so easily accessible with Brisbane city 30' drive down south, the Gold Coast 1.5hrs south, and the Sunshine coast/Noosa 1hrs drive up north.
The local neighbourhood is quaint and quiet with mostly local residents. You will enjoy a cozy and tranquil family friendly neighbourhood, so conveniently tucked away from the busy tourist town centre.

Many nearby amenities/activities are within walking distance from the house. Both Suttons beach and Margate beach are less than 5 minutes walk. There are public covered barbecues and toilet/shower facilities along the beach. The Redcliffe Parade main cafe strip, Settlement Cove lagoon, Bee Gees way and Redcliffe Jetty are just over 1km (15’ walk) away. Make sure you check out the Redcliffe Sunday Market which runs every Sunday from 8am to 2pm. Supermarkets & shops are within walking distance. During busy hours/weekends, parking in the town centre may be difficult, therefore you might choose to leisurely explore this area on foot.
Alternatively, a short drive will take you to the beautiful Newport/Scarborough marina, beaches and Morgans, a popular local seafood place. Also check out the nearby Clontarf and Woody Point’s local cafes. A little further (approx 15’ drive) you will find Northlakes, a major shopping hub with Westfield, Ikea and Cotsco.
