Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of the Peregian & Noosa Hinterland. The Rural Mural Studio is best suited to couples or adults seeking peaceful rural vistas amid native birdlife and kangaroo visits on this breezy acreage. Situated just 10 min from Peregian Beach, 12 min to Noosaville and 8 min from Eumundi, you'll find out why Verrierdale is the local's secret! The Studio is a converted rural dwelling on acreage located behind the main Cottage. It is perfect for those seeking a quiet, rural escape. *Kitchenette* The Studio has a large open plan kitchenette and breakfast bar with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dinnerware, drinkware and utensils. You will find dishwashing liquids, tablets, sponges and wipes under the sink. *Lounge* The open plan lounge area has a large split system air conditioner for cooling and heating. It has a large sofa, coffee table and footstool. The room is fitted with a Smart TV and portable speaker which you can connect to. A double trundle bed can be made available on request. *Bathroom* The Studio has a full bathroom with shower and bath. It has a large window with treelined view fitted with blinds for full privacy. Complementary toiletries are provided from our talented local business community. *Bedroom* The bedroom has an open doorway and two large windows, both fitted with blinds for full privacy. It has a queen-sized bed, ample hanging and drawer space, leather chair and two bedside tables. It is also has a small fold-up desk which can be used as a workspace (Starlink internet provided). A cot or toddler bed can be made available upon request. *Covered Deck* The Studio has a large, covered deck with down-lights, Matador BBQ, 4-seat alfresco dining table, 2 armchairs and coffee table. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee/tea and having a BBQ for lunch or dinner. *Outdoor Area* The Studio has exclusive use of an unfenced private outdoor area. Lined with olive and fig trees, you are welcome to pick any ripe fruit! Please note the dam and creek are no access areas. *Laundry* The Studio has an outdoor laundry with sink, washing machine and dryer. You may also use the portable clothesline. Beautiful place to relax for a few nights or for someone wanting a longer place to stay. Lots of thoughtful touches - very nice bathroom, very comfortable bed
What a beautiful and private location for an inspiringly renovated studio. It rained most of the time we were there but that wasn't an issue with such a spacious studio, beautiful surroundings and even a bath! Lots of thoughtful touches to make the studio feel homely. We would definitely visit again :-)
Logement bien situé pour notre escapade en famille, dans un coin paisible et retiré de la ville. Conforme aux photos et à la description. Nous avons apprécié avec les enfants le BBQ le soir et la tranquillité du coin, avec le bruit des animaux. La visite d’Eumundi Markets et des montagnes aux alentours est à faire!
Frances’ place was a great little find. Set in a peaceful, rural location, close to the beautiful beaches of Peregian and Coolum, as well as many gorgeous hinterland villages and walks, it was ideal for a short get away. We enjoyed the nearby local markets, especially the Sunshine Collective Markets at Coolum State Primary School. Loved The Doonan for a delicious lunch or dinner.Newly decorated, stylish, crisp and super clean, it was perfect for our needs and good value. Frances was a communicative and responsive host. Will certainly keep it mind for a quick get away.
Frances’ place was so lovely and relaxing! The outlook was beautiful and we really enjoyed having meals out on the deck. Layout was very spacious and clean! We would definitely come back here again.
