The living room has been designed as a perfect entertainment unit with comfortable seating, best-selling books, and an in-house home theater system with a projection of 6 feet by 4 feet and inbuilt surround sound SFX giving an immersive viewing experience. Klapana was an outstanding host throughout our stay. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. She was incredibly responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When I mentioned that the bed was too firm for my liking, she promptly provided a mattress topper and even a frying pan upon request. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and provided a cozy and comfortable environment. We had no issues with the WiFi or hot water, both of which worked flawlessly. However, it's worth noting that the building itself is in need of some maintenance. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our visit, and it was evident that the gym had not been cleaned in quite some time. It's important to mention that these amenities were not advertised in Klapana's listing, but we wanted to provide feedback for future guests.
