An spacious one-bedroom flat with a sofa-bed in the living room.

Pleasant stay at a lovely place. John was immensely helpful, shared plenty of info proactively and was responsive. Also, he was accommodating in terms of check in and check out times
Small flat with large bedroom and small living area located above a restaurant but noise was not an issue. Appreciated having a parking space and being across the road from the train station with direct access to London Victoria. Some miscommunication about washing facilities which are not in the flat itself and are subject to time restrictions. Sofa bed was already made up for us on arrival as we had our daughter with us. Bathroom is through the main bedroom. There is a folding door between bedroom and lounge area that is in need of maintenance. The bed and pillows were comfy but the duvet was a bit too small for the bed size. Overall great location for us having shops, park and station nearby.
Great flat in a really good location!
The flat was clean and had everything that we needed for a long weekend visit to London. It is located in Cheam centre, so within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and train station. The host was polite and always responded promptly to our questions. We would happily stay there again.
