Brilliant. From the first communication with Guillaume, everything was made clear and easy. He gave very specific directions for us to get to the apartment from the airport and being first time visitors to Lisbon this proved invaluable. Together with local contact Paulo all our questions were answered and we were provided with all the local information we needed; attractions, restaurants, markets and shopping. They both made this one of the best experiences we have had in our 10+ years of staying with Airbnb. As for the apartment, it is exactly as you see it in photos. Unique, comfortable, well proportioned, well equipped, quiet, clean and with a spectacular balcony. It is more than we expected and it was appreciated for our 9 nights in Lisbon. There are some stairs but as long as you are mobile they are manageable and the reward at the end makes it all worth it. Thanks to Paulo for making reservations at his Dad's restaurant ... fantastic. We highly recommend this apartment. Loved it.

This place was great, very friendly host, well equipped and great view! Totally recommend, however keep in mind it is on the 5th floor and only accessible via the stairs but the view is totally worth it!

The apartment is situated in a great and trendy area with many offers and also a bit less touristy feel, which we loved. Close by is a great small square with lots of trees, restaurants and chill out areas. The apartment is also nice and with a great balcony overlooking Lisbon. The kitchen is well equiped and for the money its great value. Be aware that you have to be able to walk narrow stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Guillaume's place. Communication was great with the host. Recommendations were given and help with organising our belongings on the last day of our break. The flat is in a lovely neighbourhood situated beside a popular but not too busy, square with amenities. the balcony view is truly the standout feature of the apartment. Thank you for our stay!
