My family and I had a good stay, the apartment is very spacious and great for a small family. Check-in and check-out are easy and the host is very responsive. The cleaniness of the unit can be improved further, bedsheet and pillow cases in the masterbed room are a bit dusty and looked rather old. Some electrical appliances would need some maintenance, we had a faulty aircond in the living room and it took about an hour for the guys sent by the host to fix it. While the host is very responsive and the check-in process was rather seamless, I got overloaded with a lot of unnecessary information e.g., restaurant menu in my What'sApp on the night prior to my stay. It would be better for these information to be kept in a broucher or booklet placed in the apartment for guests' reading after settling in than being sent to the guest in 10 messages.
