Beautiful two bedroom duplex apartment, with lots of light and a warm vibe. This very comfortable and modern apartment welcomes up to 5 guests, is located in a typical old building in the heart of Lisbon's historic center, between Alfama, the Castle and the Cathedral. From here you will be able to walk to Lisbon's main monuments and attractions. The upper floor has an ensuite master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 3 single beds. Both bedrooms are very spacious, have air conditioning and lots of storage place. Downstairs there is a living room, also with air conditioning, with a dining area for 6, high ceilings and a warm decoration. There is a separate very modern fully equipped kitchen (with cooking plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and all kitchenware). There is an open area with a large office desk that can be used for remote working, a 2nd complete bathroom with a shower and a laundry built in space. It includes bed linen and towels, wifi internet access, cable tv with international channels. There is also a hair dryer in each bathroom. Please note that currently we have a building that is under works just in front of our building and a big scaffolding was installed very close to us as this is a very narrow street, there might be some noise between 9:00 AM until 17:00 PM on weekdays. While this is happening a discount will be applied to the usual price in the season.
