Loved the house. The bed was super comfortable and everything worked like it should. The shower could use a little more water pressure but that's nothing the host can control. The house is the best house in the neighborhood. Host was super responsive and very helpful.

I had began looking for a place to stay for my SO to go to Osceola to work and everything seemed to be booked out other than a few hotels that were WAY out of budget. We also had to bring our cat due to some construction work on our house and nothing was seeming promising. I had contacted Krystal with the problem I was facing seeing the house was a no pet place and after just a few messages it all worked out. We were planning on just staying a week then that quickly changed to 3 weeks. Through every small thing that would pop up revolving me asking a question, Krystal didn’t hesitate to quickly respond and be an amazing host! Through my experience, I am very grateful and highly recommend staying here. Only downfall as a spouse who stayed home all day is there wasn’t much of anything to do in the town itself, but that doesn’t reflect on her. HUGE upside to this is they provided great work which allowed me to work. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay!

Arrived to location Rynn was very Friendly and helpful !! Open door unloaded belongings house was clean but after being in it there was a musky smell of mold .. it was bad the house look to be nice but could tell it was old and had bad smells I addressed my concerns and got refunded and left the location didn’t stay
