Lorenzo nos ayudó mucho durante la estancia. Fue siempre muy atenta y amable, nos dio muchas recomendaciones tanto de excursiones como de restaurantes y transportes. Fue una buena experiencia.

I gave this a 4 rating but really a 2. I was very disappointed but the hosts were very nice I hate to say negative things. I asked if I check in early because my flight landed at 9am and he said I could leave my bags for sure. I got there around 2pm and left my bag and went for a 90 min walk on the beach. At 4:30 I came back and sat at the kitchen table while the cleaning lady cleaned and didn't leave till after 6pm. Unfortunately I saw how much hair the previous guest left. It was all over everything...the couch, floor, counters...and a lot of it. Hair was still left on the couch and quite a bit floated in the air and for the next several hours kept landing all over the place including the new sheets on the bed. The bathroom had a sign that said "no toilet paper should be flushed". Are you serious? The pool was out of order, constant work being done outside the unit which was very loud. The curtains were see through and I complained and they replaced them immediately.
