The apartment is 50 meters from the sea and is located in Borgo Marina, a charming and ancient fishing village full of splendid views which is home to very fine sandy beaches and very renowned typical restaurants. Citra code: 008031-LT-1395 The apartment has just been renovated and consists of a double bedroom, a large kitchen/dining room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a small balcony. It is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, oven, microwave and various appliances. There is a washing machine and you will be provided with clean sheets and towels for your stay. The apartment is equipped with WiFi internet connection and air conditioning. There are also: Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Self Check In, Coffee Machine, Body Wash, Shampoo.

If you get the opportunity to stay here do not miss it! Alessio was amazing at communication, it is situated in a perfect location from the beach, family ran restaurants and bars, a beautiful coastal path, the port & the air bnb itself was in tip top condition with everything you need and more! The bed was also super comfy! I enjoyed staying at Alessio's Air Bnb that much I returned a week later to stay again! Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again when I'm next in town! Thank you for a lovely stay!
Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, doccia grande con la porta (no tenda come in foto), letti comodi, spazioso per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Impianto di climatizzazione molto efficiente anche per riscaldare (durante il nostro soggiorno il meteo non è stato favorevole). Kit per la prima colazione offerto (biscotti, cereali, cialde caffè). Situato in ottima posizione, con diversi bar e ristoranti nella zona. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Noleggio bici facilmente raggiungibile a piedi attraverso una strada pedonale panoramica. Alessio sempre disponibile e molto cortese.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Alessio in Imperia! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an einwandfrei, Alessio hat immer schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert und war erreichbar. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und Alessio hat uns persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber und es wurde sogar ohne zu fragen Equipment für unser Baby bereit gestellt. Wir würden Alessio als Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
I can warmly recommend this beautiful apartment from Alessio. He was very kind and helpful at the check-in, despite me arriving late evening. The place is brand new with stylish interior design and all brand new equipment you can dream off. Location is close to the sea but in aquite part of the old town, the perfect hide-away for a few day at the beach. Thank you very much for everything Alessio, happy to see you again.
