Located on Paseo del Rio with easy access to major roads, it's convenient for city exploration or crossing the border. We offer private parking for your convenience and a range of upscale amenities, including: rooftop pool with panoramic city views, a well-equipped gym, a common area for relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and important landmarks. Our place is a new apartment in a mixed use building, it's modern, minimal and amenity packed. The location is hard to beat being close to important places in the city, but not within the loud and busy parts of it.

The room was amazing, the amenities were great . The rooftop pool was awesome to swim in especially since the beach had a lot of traffic otw. Helios stayed up & waited for us to check in til around 12:30-1am safely. (we ran late) Brought extra towels & plunger to unclog toilet . He sets the bar as a host & will definitely tell others about this location .

Very Clean apartment, easy to arrive, felt safe and had our own parking … everything we needed was close by and walking distance also.. would definitely stay here again.
Muy buena experiencia, el depto estaba muy limpio, las sábanas y toallas impecables para mi eso es super importante, atención se Helios desde el inicio fue muy buena, siempre busco como ayudarme. Abajo del complejo está una cafetería y alrededor de la zona varios restaurantes locales muy buenos para desayunar o comer
Place was great to stay at! Host was easily accessible and would respond quick! It would have been nice to receive more towels because we did go to the pool during our stay. It also would have been nice if his in shower soap dispenser were labeled ‘body wash’ and ‘shampoo’. We would have appreciated some complimentary lotion as well. All in all 10/10 would stay again!

You'll be within walking distance to several nice restaurants and popular food trucks as well as hip cafes.

Hi, I'm a work from home father of two, I spend most of my time developing for the web at my computer, but now we (me and my family) get to welcome all sorts of people into our space, we're finding the experience enjoyable and hope to keep doing it as best as we can. We only have this little dream apartment on airbnb and use it frequently, we're happy to share it so that we'll be able keep up with expenses and maybe even travel some more.
