Situated in a quiet road close to restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets. Wimbledon Park Underground station is a five minute walk away. Wimbledon main line station (17 minutes to Waterloo) is a 15/20 minute walk. A twenty minute walk through the park will take you to the All England Lawn Tennis grounds and Museum as well as Wimbledon Village. The room is self-contained, quiet and private and we are very happy to share our living spaces. There is a fee of £20 per night for a third guest. This is a spacious Edwardian house. The guest room is on the top floor and has an ensuite bathroom. There is a designated workspace and a corner of the room has a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. A variety of breakfast items are included (fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, butter, jams, coffees, teas, milk, juice etc). We are happy to share the ground floor which comprises a Sitting Room, Kitchen and Dining Area. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The BEST of the BEST place to stay in London!!! Doreen and Jimmy are very flexible in check-in times. They welcomed us with open arms and provided us with a fully equipped master bedroom with breakfast and snacks!! We loved the beds as it's very comfortable and got us well-rested for the next day. The room is pristine clean and new. I highly recommend anyone to stay at their Airbnb when anyone's visiting London!

This is the best place we have stayed via Airbnb. It was our first trip to London. We were traveling with a 6 year old child. We chose Greater London because this is a quiet and cozy place in the suburbs of London and close to a tube station and Wimbledon. We were pleasantly greeted by the warm welcoming of the hosts. We felt like at home. :-) Especially clean and tidy. Cozy and authentic English home environment. Our child especially liked the house, it looks like the house where Harry Potter lived. :-) The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. An excellent set of breakfast products. Quiet and peaceful place. There is a underground station nearby and very convenient for visiting popular attractions in the London. There are grocery stores nearby. The room is very cozy and spacious. There is everything you need for convenience and staying. Amazing sunrise view through the window. The room and the house are very clean and tidy. We recommend Greater London.

Our house is in a quiet road in the leafy suburb of Wimbledon and conveniently situated to local amenities. A 20 minute walk will take you to the lovely Wimbledon Village with its charming old pubs and buildings, Wimbledon Common and of course the famous Wimbledon Lawn Tennis grounds which has a museum open all year.
We are a five minute walk to Wimbledon Park Underground Station (30 minutes to central London or 3 minutes to Wimbledon and Wimbledon Station). We are a 10 minute walk to the Strathearn/Alexandra Road bus stop for the 156 and 493 bus routes (eg Wimbledon, Tooting, Wandsworth).
Parking is free except between 11.00 and 3.00 Monday to Friday but we can give you a Visitor’s Parking Permit if necessary.

I love travelling and exploring places, walking, cycling and staying in hostels which is a great way to meet people. I previously hosted foreign students and now that I’m back in a bigger house I’m looking forward to welcoming guests again. And five things I can't live without out?
