Clean & spacious accommodations with all the listed amenities. Alena is responsive and proactive in communication. The house is 15 min drive to the luxury island of Boca Grande, which we loved. Publix isn’t far either in the other direction. We did use one of the kayaks, which we did need to drive over to boat launch. Had we had more time we would have used the bikes that are provided to hop on the trail system over to Boca Grande. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the way, and felt very safe. We used the hot tub each night and loved it was pre-heated and extra towels were thoughtfully provided.

Alena was easy to communicate with, and helpful. We needed a later check out than normal, and she was accommodating where she didn’t have to be. Would rent from again! This IS a duplex, but very nice place, and the renter next door we never seen. Perfect space for 4 adults.

loved our visit. wish we could've stayed longer. Alena was very responsive to our concerns and was able to stop by the house to assist within minutes. we loved the house and amenities and we'll stay here again next time we visit the area.
