appartamento pulito e curato, poco adatto pero’ per 5 persone( troppo piccolo, mancava una sedia al tavolo, cucina piccola, spazi molto ridotti) l host e’ stato presente , e attivo nelle risposte. posizione ottima per i trasporti, ma poco attiva,la cucina era poco attrezzata, niente tovaglia, tovaglioli,cose di prima necessità che in altri appartamenti ho sempre trovato, specialmente per chi alloggia per poco tempo e arriva in aereo. 4 piani a piedi un po pesanti. secondo me pagato troppo per l offerta.

Excelente ubicación entorno amigable buenos restaurantes, supermercados y metro..el apto con todo lo necesario. Importante decir que hay que subir varios pisos por si van con personas mayores.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. It is located in a very cool neighbourhood with lots of little restaurants and cafes around. Metro is about 5 min walk, just behind the corner. We would definitely be back.

The lovely apartment was perfect for my family trip. It has a good design and a full useful kitchen. The surroundings are clean and full of life. Seems to be a safe place to stay in Paris. The metro station nearby connects you directly with the main tourist spots such as Triumph arc, Champs-Élysées, Louvre, Bastille etc. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in the four floor with no elevator, so be aware that it could be a challenge to go up and go down several times, specially with luggage. We would come back!

Very good listing in a great neighborhood. Responsive host and very nice and cosy appartement. Just a small issue with shutters not being functional but in the process of being fixed as told by the host. Overall really good finding for Paris very close to the center thanks to its proximity with the metro line 1.
