A winding wooden staircase leads to the airy and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This beautifully decorated space features large windows with a Juliet balcony offering glorious views. You can relax with a movie on the Smart TV, or share a family meal in the charming dining area. Towards the back of the room, the stylish kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Going back downstairs, you will find two cosy en-suite king-size bedrooms, each with a TV and doors leading to the decked area. Outside, the garden features a pretty lawn and a private decked area with a choice of outdoor furniture, providing an ideal space to sit back on a lazy afternoon and enjoy a BBQ. You can also take a dip in the hot tub or sit around the fire pit to watch the sunset. The picturesque village of Kilkhampton makes a fantastic base for exploring a beautiful part of North Cornwall. The lively resort of Bude is nearby (5.5 miles), popular with surfers and home to some of the finest sandy beaches in the country. Heading north, you can discover more secluded beaches along the Hartland Heritage Coast. Inland, Tamar Lakes (3.5 miles) offers a range of activities including walking, kayaking, canoeing, birdwatching and fishing.
