Music of the Sea is 40 mins down the coast from Durban in the nature conservancy of Pennington KZN. Spend your days on the beach, relax in the garden & go to sleep listening to the waves. Our beautiful self-catering cottage is only a 3 min walk to the sea. There are woodland hikes and 3 beautiful golf courses within a 3km radius. Birdlife, mongoose,monkeys are regular visitors and if youre lucky the shy bushbuck may be seen too. . The cottage is kitted out with all you will need so you can enjoy your holiday. Tv with hdmi. please bring along your tv accessories for viewing. Families or couples will enjoy visiting the cottage. There are 2 outdoor seating areas ,one of which undercover in case of rain.

We (my 16 year old son & I) truely enjoyed our stay. The cottage is well equipped and in a great location, close to the main beach & shops but off the main road, close to nature, resulting in peace and quiet. Happy to recommend MOS to anyone that requires a relaxing stay with "batteries that need recharging". We'll definitely be back!
In perfect harmony, the Indian Ocean sings a lullaby, transporting you into s a blissful slumber and waking to the same melodies is truly magical. The sea beckons, and a few steps through a tunnel of exquisite trees, the beach opens up to welcome you to its magnificence. The Music of the Sea's quaint beach cottage, in a peaceful neighborhood, is like home away from home with everything you need during your stay. The host is an absolute treat -. warm, caring and such a joy. Truly well worth it and the reason I extended my stay by a week in the capable hands of the most adorable feline friends.
