Step inside and you’ll find yourself in the studio-style open-plan living space with a comfortable sofa for two and a TV for late-night movies. On one side is a quaint dining table and a modern kitchen set up for you to fix up a feast. This area has been cleverly designed to make the most of the space, ensuring you can cook up all of your favourite treats for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the other side of the lodge is a delightful king-size bed, situated beneath the characterful exposed beams where you can drift off into a slumber ahead of the next day’s adventures. Finishing off the property is a contemporary shower room with a double shower cubicle. Outside, the enclosed garden is surrounded by mature shrubs and trees, featuring both an area of patio and an area of lawn with a hammock and a selection of other furniture for al fresco dining during the warmer months of the year. Pack a picnic and venture to Saundersfoot (5 miles) to walk a part of the Wales Coast Path towards Tenby where rugged coastal views and interesting wildlife is plentiful. A 4-mile walk between the two popular coastal locations is an excellent idea all year round to see the changing scenery. Once you arrive at Tenby, you can stop off at one of the four beaches for an ice cream, or head to the harbour to board a boat trip out to Caldey Island to continue your Welsh exploration.
