Set just off the high street and only 0.5 miles to the beach, there’s no need to jump into multiple vehicles to explore the area. You can simply stroll out from your front door and enjoy the shops, restaurants, cafes, and attractions of this popular seaside resort. But should you wish to venture further afield, it makes a great base for exploring the Isle of Purbeck and the Jurassic Coast. Arranged over three storeys, this four-bedroom property offers a true home away from home. Step through the front door and into a welcoming hallway, where there’s space to store shoes and bags. With its big bay window, the lounge is a cosy and inviting room, with an assortment of comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a fireplace. The contemporary galley-style kitchen is light and bright, with plenty of space to rustle up family favourites before gathering around the family dining table to share good food and conversation. A door leads outside to the enclosed courtyard garden, where you can fire up the BBQ on sunny days, or just enjoy a morning cuppa or evening drink in the salty sea air. The four bedrooms are spread over the first and second floors, with a bunk room, king-size and a double on the first floor, and a twin beneath the eaves. The place is fantastic and was perfectly clean and exactly how described. The location is perfect as you are walking distance from the supermarket and walking distance to the beach and all the lovely pubs and restaurants that Swanage has to offer. Ideal for groups visiting for walking weekends etc.
