Your family will be close to everything in Faversham when you stay at this centrally-located Victorian terraced house - and close to the station for trips to London, Canterbury or the Kent coast. A sweet 2-story house with nice shower and modern stylish kitchen: every facility. Dining/work room and comfortable living room + small garden (tables and chairs for meals on warmer days). Two bedrooms up (steep) stairs: a double and a twin. Central heating. TV, wi-fi. Shower/WC - no bath.

Very convenient comfortable stay
A perfect base for a few days of WFH & exploring Faversham. Jonathan is a smashing host, who is genuinely attentive to his guest’s tenancy experience. A strong recommendation from me.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed, and felt very homely. We really liked the wall art and personal touches. Jonathan was brilliant and very proactive with communication and was a great host!
I stayed at Jonathan for 6 weeks its a lovely place right in middle of everything you need,would differently stay again, got on well with locals very friendly, Jonathan house as lovely little garden as well,would recommend 😊

Faversham is a medieval gem and Cinque Port that later became a Victorian hub. Known for its market, brewing history and for local brick-making (for Victorian London) and the Thames sailing barges that took products to London. This charmingly-updated house in a Victorian terrace is a quick walk to local facilities, shops, theatre, pubs & restaurants, the excellent recreation ground and to Faversham station.
On-street parking over 2 weekday hours (Mon-Sat) requires a daily voucher that we can supply (at cost). You can reach everywhere in the town easily on foot. It is close to the A2 and M2 and to the Kentish Downs Area of Natural Beauty, as well as to the coast (Whitstable and its art & oysters, Oare Marshes for birds, Canterbury by car, train or bus & its history, buildings & universities). Trains to St Pancras and Victoria.

It was very popular - especially with families or small groups of friends - as a charming, convenient, compact little house near the town centre, station, recreation ground and concert venues.
