O apartamento é perfeito, extremamente organizado, espaçoso e limpo. Além disso o anfitrião Osvaldo foi muito gentil e cuidadoso com todos os detalhes. Recomendo 100%.

o apto do senhor Osvaldo é simplesmente o melhor do prédio. E se tornou meu refúgio no RJ. Sempre que preciso me hospedar no RJ é nele que eu fico! Pois o apartamento está sempre limpo com roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa, cama confortável e utensílios perfeitos para preparar um bom café da manhã.

The place looked better than in the pictures. Great location, within walking distance from everything. Nice view from the window. Safe building. Osvaldo is an amazing host, very attentive. He was always the first to write well in advance, he thought of everything. Even left us a Caipirinha kit as a gift for carnival season. We had a great time. Greatly recommended

Easy check-in with reception. Apartment was airy, spacious, clean, well furnished, good kitchen appliances and utensils, nice view. Building has a nice sauna and a reasonably priced laundromat. Building is a 5-minute walk to the Metro and VLT, and to the many restaurants in the area, and about a 10-minute walk to Lapa and the Uruguaiana Market. However, on weekend nights, especially Sunday nights, the street on which the building is located is pretty deserted, so one should be careful and alert when leaving or coming back to the building. Also, there was occasional noise from trucks going down the street but it was not bothersome. Osvaldo is a friendly, caring, generous person who went out of his way to provide excellent service and was very responsive to any issues that arose, such as Internet access and operating the stove, and promptly resolved them. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would stay here again when I return to Rio.
