Relax with family or friends at this little slice of heaven directly on Sunset Lake. The west facing views make the lake live up to its name. We recently purchased this home so all furniture, paint and fixtures are brand new! While this home is outdoor living at its best, we do have WiFi and TV for those who want it. There are 2 kayaks for use as well as a covered hot tub with lake views. You can walk into the shallow water from shore and jump off the dock with ease. Everything is newly painted and purchased as this is a new home for us (fall 2023) It is well stocked and cozy. Definitely family/kid friendly and offers great outdoor space to enjoy and explore. Please note a few things: 1) there is no oven. It’s a gas stovetop and large toaster oven/air fryer 2) the third bedroom is a walkthrough to the main (though there is also an external door for use) 3) we do not keep the hot tub on at all times so please let us know 48 hours in advance if you plan to use it so we may warm it up. December 10 - April 30 there will be a $50 surcharge to use the hot tub. 4) the lake begins lowering October 30 and is raised mid April. The dock will be out of the water when lowered. You can launch kayaks from the shoreline.
