What a stunning place to be for a few days. We felt truly blessed to have found this spot in Lynmouth and being able to easily walk to Lynton made out trip even more exciting. If you're a walker, this is definitely the place. With river, beach, woodland and moorland walks we were completely spoilt for choice. The restaurants all have a high food and drink standard and we thoroughly enjoyed walking up to The Old Cottage Inn for some Thai food, and the Sunday roast in the Rising Sun is the best we've ever tasted! Easy is the word that comes to mind when we think about the flat. It was easy to access and to be in, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was home from home and especially great to be able to take our dog with us (although dogs do have to remain downstairs). The only little chink we found was that after Good Friday there is no free parking in the town. Parking behind the flat is £10 per day and it would have been nice to have been informed about this before arrival.

Absolutely loved this small cute air bnb in Lynmouth. It was super close to everything in Lynmouth and generally just a very nice place to stay - would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere for a few nights in Lynmouth. Sally was helpful and quick to come back to any messages. Thanks for a great stay.

Nicely refurbished, compact place. Everything we needed to cook a meal. Good shower. Warm and cosy even in January. V peaceful - only thing we could hear was the river.

It is an amazing place right opposite the river in Lynmouth. Beautifully decorated with everything you need in the kitchen. Amazing bathroom and generous size upstairs bedroom. Within a few minutes walking distances of all the pubs and restaurants. Very highly recommend.
