Camping by the lake was an amazing experience for me and my family. We enjoyed the fresh and clean air and the kayak, as well. I appreciate that the camping ground is not wide enough to accommodate more campers. So it's not crowded. There is no electricity in the area but the generator is up from 6 PM to 10 PM. That's fair enough. The owner is very nice and accommodating. They have a little store for basic needs like toothbrushes, water, soft drinks, and more. I wish they could have an outdoor shower area soon. Overall, it was a nice experience camping on Mahatao Island.

my family really enjoyed our overnight stay, it's bitin so I'm planning to go back and bring my friends and colleagues at Mahatao Island. The owner is so nice and they're very helpful. It's super relaxing. If I could kayak the whole day I would 😍 They even found a way for bonfire kahit umulan earlier that night. And there's signal so pwede ka magpost real time. Best part, no flies and surprisingly no mosquito during our stay and pet friendly so we brought our 4 fur angels. Even our dog Cola enjoyed kayaking. Tent grounds are super clean. worth the money, time and effort.
