Cannot say enough about this place and the host. He was super responsive, let us store luggage due to an early arrival time and check out late since the next guest was coming in late at night. Amazing walkable location to all of the downtown area, and the off street garage parking made getting around AMAZINGLY easy - esp given the narrow roads and limited parking spaces. Super friendly and responsive at check in. Great spacious location, and doing laundry and some light cooking was a breeze.

Sehr schöne, saubere, ruhige und große Wohnung mitten in Ponta Delgada. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch toll, dass es einen Stellplatz in der Garage für den Mietwagen gibt. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

It was great to spend time at Luis’s place. We loved being within walking distance of downtown and we appreciated how much natural light the apartment gets. We were grateful to use the garage since the traffic on the street would make street parking challenging.
