You reach your apartment via your own small path. Since it is located in the basement of the villa, it takes a few steps to get to the entrance. There you will find a cloakroom for your things and then come into the hallway, from which a spacious bedroom, the living room and the eat-in kitchen lead off. The bedroom is equipped with 2 queen-size beds (1.40) and has a view of our small park opposite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer, a combination oven with grill, hot air and microwave, kettle and lots of cooking utensils. The spacious dining table has space for up to 8 people. From the kitchen you can access the beautiful terrace and from there into the garden. The bathroom also leads off the kitchen. Here we have a shower, toilet and sink. You will find the washing machine in a closet at the end of the hallway. In the living room there is a sofa bed, desk, monitor (no TV!). If the sofa bed is too narrow for two people, we have provided you with an air mattress. There is also a baby travel bed and high chair. Please treat the things in the display cabinet with respect, they belong to my late dad.

L’alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione. Un po’ lontano dalle principali attrazioni ma nel collegato. Io l’ho scelto appostitamente per la localizzazione vicino al luogo di lavoro. Quindi ero preparata a questo. Bellissimo il giardino dietro la casa..
Der Check-In in der Wohnung war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war solide und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Sie liegt in einer Seitenstraße und man hört kaum Straßenlärm, ab und zu fährt ein Bus vorbei. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.
The apartment was clean and offered plenty of space, within a short walk of Zehlendorf high street and a short drive to the lakes. Access was well set up and convenient.
Liebe Inge und Jürgen Vielen Dank für alles. Ich habe eine schöne Zeit mit meinen Kindern in der Wohnung. Es ist möglich, dass wir im August wieder eine Woche in Berlin bleiben. Ich bin jetzt in Costa Rica und sehr zufrieden mit meinem Urlaub in Berlin. Grüsse

In 10 minutes you will be on the edge of the Grunewald and there you will find lots of nature and our famous bathing lakes “Krumme Lanke” and “Schlachtensee”. So it's also a paradise for the joggers among you. At Schlachtensee there is also the excursion restaurant of the same name with a large beer garden. Not far from us is the Free University of Berlin with many scientific institutes and, among other things, the Botanical Garden. So you don't have to go into the city to go on a cultural vacation. If you fancy a ride on horseback, you are warmly welcome to our estate, which can be reached in just under 40 minutes by car. Remember to book your riding lessons in advance.
Our house is located in a very quiet side street in the center of Berlin-Zehlendorf. Only the bus that runs there and which you can take to the center of Berlin makes a little noise. Parking is easily possible near the house on the street. In the apartment there are plans with the neighboring restaurants, shops (many organic supermarkets and a weekly market) and the swimming lakes, which you can reach in a few minutes. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn are also just a 10-minute walk away. It takes 20 minutes to get to the state capital Potsdam by S-Bahn. Or you can get off at Wannsee and from there take the excursion steamers to Potsdam or the Berlin government district. We will be happy to help and give you some more details.
