Ben’s casual yet reassuring and thoughtful approach makes you feel like you are a valued guest, not just another number. He is extremely accomodating and flexible and will go out if his way to sort out whatever issues arise. After chatting briefly with him I learned he has made providing affordable Air B’nB accomodation somewhat of a mission, expending enormous amounts time, energy and effort to manage and maintain his growing portfolio of CBD short stay dwellings. Initially some may see his unique ‘play it as it comes’ style a little chaotic (which admittedly it is at times) however even the most anxiety prone traveller can be re-assured Ben is onto it in a flash. Besides, an Air B’nB without a few eccentricities is just plain boring. For those who prefer generic perfection and have tendencies leaning towards the OCD, perhaps consider a hotel instead. But everyone else will be charmed, entertained and amused by this one if a kind host and his excellently located places to stay.
