Welcome to Peaceful Waters! Our beautiful beach house sits on 150 feet of saltwater no-bank beachfront. The home is all one level with a hot tub, garage turned game room (pool, air hockey, board games, tv), watercraft for 12 (kayaks and SUP), outdoor fire pit, wood burning fireplace in living room, fully stocked (LARGE) kitchen, lots of parking, air conditioning, & dog friendly! Enjoy relaxing, fishing, watching wildlife, local restaurants, nearby parks, and more. We can’t wait to host you! Our beach house offers 3 bedrooms, two with king beds and full bathrooms while the third has 2 bunk beds. You will also find queen sleeper sofas in both the sitting and living rooms. Here is a breakdown of possible sleeping arrangements: Primary bedroom #1 - king bed sleeps 2 Primary bedroom #2 - king bed sleeps 2 Bedroom #3 - 2 twin beds sleep 4 Sitting room - queen memory foam sofa sleeps 2 Living room - queen memory foam sofa sleeps 2 Our home is complete with a wood-burning fireplace, formal dining area, state-of-the-art kitchen fully stocked with everything you need (including spices, oils, and condiments), an expansive deck with outdoor furniture, and our garage is a full game room with a table, TV, and sofas!

This is a nice quiet spot to relax and enjoy the scenery
The house on the beach is spotless, lots of amenities available. Attention to details is hard to miss, everything is ready for an enjoyable vacation. Garage game room is excellent for kids and kids-like. Beach: the water inlet is excellent for beginners either for swimming or kayak. It does drain on low tide but a well conditioned should have no problem carrying the kayak to where you can launch even on low tide.

Comfy clean home…peaceful gorgeous view…so many nice touches and extra amenities. Loved watching the landscape and wildlife change as the tide came in and out each day. From the home we saw many different kinds of birds including a bald eagle and 9 heron fishing at a time. Just a mile down the road in Allyn there were several dozen sea lions basking in the sun on the public docks. We have a child with a physical disability and this home was very accessible. Host is thoughtful and a great communicator too!
Mandi's home is called "Peaceful Waters" and it is indeed very peaceful either you sit inside or outside. Although it is right on Hwy 3, you can't hear any road noise when you're inside. When you're outside, you only hear when vehicles are crossing the bridge and it's not bad at all. The hot tub is new and we enjoyed ourselves soaking and relaxing in it under a clear sky. There is an oversize patio umbrella that you can use if it rains or some prefer to soak in under the rain :-). The fireplace is right on the water and the iron woodstove fireplace is amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as stated. The game room has ping pong which can be converted into a pool table or hockey. There are also foosball and big screen TV in the game room. The neighbor, Michelle, is very friendly but your dogs must be on leashes so they don't wonder to other neighbors' backyards. We will be back! Thank you Mandi and Meghan!

Our driveway is paved and can fit 7 cars comfortably!
