Thanks Steph for an awesome stay,the sunrises alone were worth the price. It was just what we needed after travelling around the North Island and before hitting bustling Auckland. A swim in the morning and a beer in the arvo was a great start and end to the day. It made me want to move back to NZ…cheers.

What a great location, right on the beachfront!There is a quiet reserve next door which makes it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The view from the upstairs window is simply breathtaking,and the upstairs area is beautifully furnished. We had a couple of minor hiccups, such as the gas bottle running out,resulting in no hot water for one evening and next morning,luckily we had someone with us who identified the issue and knew how to change the bottles over. The downstairs toilet was quite temperamental and blocked at one stage. We also had issues locking up the house with the keypad locking out and a msg repeating “please try again later”.However, Stephanie's remote assistance in locking and unlocking the door saved the day. While it would have been nice to have a few more amenities, such as body wash and a few more kitchen items like a dish brush and extra rubbish bags (we ran out after the first day),these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay!

The view from this Airbnb is amazing and it was great to wake up to some sweet sunrises every morning. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. We were provided with regular towels and beach towels. The Airbnb is just a short drive from Whitianga and feels very private. Will stay here again if we come back to the Coromandel.
