Can’t say enough about this home. It was perfect for our group in every way. In town for UTA graduation, house was 3 minutes from my daughter’s apartment. 10 minutes from the venue and close to lots of other amenities. Slept our part of 10 very well with lots of space to spread out and plenty of spacious bathrooms (with showers!). Wonderful backyard to enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks. We really enjoyed our entire stay. We highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area, but for larger groups or families in particular this was perfect! Khoi was very responsive and proactive in communications and even set up a special reception for my graduate when we arrived. Thank you so much for adding to our amazing memories this weekend!

What a great place for a group with lots of young people. We are a school group from NZ and were in Dallas for a Robotics competition. Khoi's place was a perfect base for us to work from. When there, there was heaps to keep the students occupied. It was close to everything we wanted to do with easy access to Dallas. We met Khoi on the first day and his first concern was if everything was up to our needs. Everything was as described and our students were well occupied with a range of activities for them to do. Great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone who needs a place friendly to young people.

Khoi went above and beyond to make our multigenerational stay comfortable and enjoyable. He took extra efforts to provide us with equipment needed for the toddlers eliminating us having to bring bulky items as well as bringing over kitchen items that were needed. The backyard was a delight for every age. The house is located on a busy street which can be noisy but we spent most of our time in the back so it didn’t affect our stay.

We loved the pickleball house! The house had good space and was very clean. Great bathrooms with walk-in showers for three out of four. The backyard was absolutely amazing! The kids played outside all day. There was lots to do, equipment was provided, comfortable furniture, lights for the evening, as well as mist sprinklers, a fan, and covered patio for the hot part of the day. There is a water dispenser in the kitchen that provided cold water which was greatly enjoyed. The pickleball house is in a great location—across the street from a park, near the stadium, and shopping areas, etc. Khoi is very quick to respond, is very kind, and eager to help out his guests.
