Basics like Salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, and Indian masala boxes with powders like red chill powder, turmeric, and spices powder will be available. You will need to bring your groceries to cook. Restaurants: The road to "Tumkur town is good (30min/13km away), and phone numbers and restaurant directions are available in the villa. Fresh bedsheets, blankets, towels, and soap will be provided. Guest access Our caretaker will provide keys to the Villa once you arrive. He will be available throughout your stay for any assistance. Other things to note - You may come as a family of 4 up to 6. This property will be exclusively for your group (No other group will share this stay/ space with you). Only a caretaker will be available, living in his house behind the villa. Us (hosts)- we live in Bangalore City and will be available by phone/ text throughout your stay. - Pricing: Up to 5 guests is a fixed base price. An additional Rs 500 per guest is charged beyond five guests. Please input your desired dates and number of guests to know the exact final pricing. The final cost includes everything- cottage, games, use of full kitchen. Only additional optional costs you may incur during your stay: packaged drinking water and a nominal service charge for grocery/ food pick-up by a caretaker from the nearby town. - Check-in time is 12 pm (afternoon), and check-out is 12 pm (afternoon) the next day. - We can provide early check-in, depending on Villa availability. - If you are unsure of the exact number of people in your group during booking- please enter and book for the current confirmed guests in your group. Any additional guest cost can be paid during arrival/ check-in. - If your group is more than six ppl, please message/ contact us. - You will have to bring your alcohol; the music should be medium and not high volume as it is a village and neighbours will be disturbed. - Network: All networks work here for calls. Jio has the best internet speed for work-related Zoom/ Video calls. - We have a separate cottage room with a bathroom for accommodating your cooks/ car drivers if required. - We follow full COVID precautions to ensure your safe stay: the house is thoroughly sanitized after every guest visit, fresh towels and linen are provided for every guest, our caretaker is vaccinated and uses gloves and masks, hand sanitizer is provided inside the cottage, no other group is sharing this stay with you, fully contactless stay.
