Very convenient location. In between two connivence stores (Victoria, the shop owner next door, was incredibly nice and very helpful), two minute walk to the beach and restaurant, shops, a market and minimarts all within walking distance. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Great utilities: stove, oven, kettle, aircon etc. all worked perfectly. My only note would be there is no shower mat so the floor tended to get soaked after a shower which could be annoying but the heat dries any dampness up pretty quickly. The host gave very clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in, the rules of the house were very simple. Very private and safe place, would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Kristens place was great! Loved being in the local neighbourhood, with the movement of life all around. Victoria was there for anything I needed and her store next door was a hub of activity. So close to beach and to restaurants made my stay easy. A/C in bedroom worked perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Just as pictured and described. Excellent location close to the beach and main street. Comfortable and clean with a well-stocked kitchen and good AC in the bedroom. I enjoyed staying in this quieter neighborhood. Victoria was welcoming, warm, and friendly. It was truly a pleasure to get to know her over my two weeks there! I'll definitely stay here again if I return to San Juan del Sur.

Muy bonito y cómodo departamento a 1 cuadra de la playa y también alejado del ruido pero a la vez todo super cerca, llegas 5 min al pueblo y a 3 min de la playa, nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí Muchas gracias
