Take a relaxing break away from the city life. One hour from Yosemite National Park and Shaver Lake. Close to many other lakes like Friant and Huntington and to Sequioa National Park. Also, a great location for remote workers and traveling nurses at Valley Children’s hospital and Madera Hospital. Please note: I do have a medium sized dog, who is very friendly and loves meeting new people. Each room rented out is their own personal space (for you and plus one) while the remaining areas such as the kitchen, gym, washer, backyard, pool, hot tub, etc. are all common grounds. In general the area is quite spacious, so it won’t feel cramped being in the common areas.

Nicolas was very nice and more than accommodating! We are grateful for him going the extra mile on our behalf. So important, the bed was very comfortable! While a little bit farther out, the home was in a very secure and quiet setting. We also liked the location for going on to Yosemite. Thanks again Nicolas!

I needed a place to crash to get an early start on a Yosemite adventure. Nicholas' place was a perfect distance away from the park. Upon arriving, I met Nicholas, his roommate, and dog. All were amazing! Nicholas and his roommate are both awesome people and happy to make conversation. In fact, we ended up eating together and chatting. When booking a room, I was searching for a place close to Yosemite that wouldn't break the bank. I needed a bed at a quiet place. Nicholas' place was everything I needed. When I go back to Yosemite, I'll be contacting Nicholas again.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with very little traffic, and the stars are quite visible on a clear night.
It is recommended to either have your own rental car or a personal car to get around since there is very little ridesharing Service out here. I have one extra spot for the garage as a first come first serve with plenty of additional parking outside.
