Warm up here after a fun day of skiing at nearby Gunstock mountain, ice fishing or snow mobiling on the many local trails. Summer fun at the local public beaches , or hike at the many trails nearby. Or just a weekend getaway filled with shopping at the Tilton outlets! We look forward to hosting you! Newly renovated home, all new appliances, fully equipped kitchen, new furniture and a unique loft space with low ceiling height as the 3rd bedroom, a perfect spot for kids to hangout. Three smart tv's are available for streaming through your own subscriptions. Large front porch.

Enjoyed the stay and would go back during summer months
The host was super understanding to our situation, we kept in communication and was always a response in less then 10 minutes. All around one of the best cleanest air b n b I have stayed at in a long time. Couldn’t ask for a better place nor host! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place! It was super clean and modern. We were close to Gunstock Ski Lodge, Heritage Farm and the outlets! Fratello's Restaurant in Laconia is fantastic! We had a view of Lake Winnesquam . This place was perfect for stay! Thank you so much!
Absolutely loved our stay during the Winter. Brought the kids to Funspot one day, plenty of things to do nearby. Condo was immaculate and served us perfectly!
