I would not recommend this place to anyone. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Location is right off busy road and barely any parking. 3 of the 4 smoke detectors were ripped out and missing. The entire unit has the hot and cold water lines backwards so when trying to have a bath or shower you have to open the tap the smallest amount to get hot water. It says hot water to the left but it’s actually the right. The entire place needs a deep cleaning especially the tubs. There is no extra bedding to be found anywhere and the kitchen has barely any supplies. Also one of the kitchen cupboard doors is broken and fell on my wife and bruised her leg. In addition to that the front door needs to be replaced as it looks like it’s been kicked in and there was no screws to secure the deadbolt in place. This property has a lot of problems and is extremely unsafe.

Khairdon has a great place located close to West Edmonton Mall. My family and I stayed while visiting over the long Family Day Weekend. We were missing two towels but Khairdon was quickly and responsive and made sure to take care of it right away. He even bought a kettle for us to boil water. We enjoyed the spacious house, and most of all, the kids said it was their favourite Airbnb house yet. Thank you! We will see you again.
