Exactly what I needed for one night before heading out to Coachella. Daron’s place is comfortable, private, and clean. The shower is nice & HOT with great pressure. Toiletries provided. You have your bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Very warm and cozy for the unexpected chill (I thought LA would be BLAZING this time of year). Daron is affable, courteous, and yet keeps his distance to give you space & privacy. The room is cozy, the twin bed is firm, everything is squeaky clean, and TV with the usual streaming services is at your disposal. Close to LAX (30-ish minutes). Plentiful free street parking; Daron provides a parking pass. DO NOT FORGET TO RETURN IT!!! Don’t hesitate to book Daron’s place if you need a night or few near the airport.

I felt more comfortable here than I have at some Airbnb properties where I had the entire place to myself. My room felt private and peaceful- perfect for working out of. The neighborhood was quiet, I had a very good night’s rest. The host was extremely nice and accommodating. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend and will definitely book again next time I’m in town.
