Gabriel’s place was in a convenient location, with parking that was not hard to find. The train is right up the street and the home was on nice quiet family friendly block. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Gabriel was a great host and made sure check in was a breeze. I came back to Brooklyn for a funeral and felt safe and comfortable at this place, a home away from home. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in New York.

Gabe was very communicative and helpful before arrival. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was very close to public transportation. We had no trouble getting in. Everything was very clean and comfortable. A few maintenance things need some attention but nothing huge. Unfortunately while we were there the people above us were very loud all night long which of course is not the hosts fault. The neighborhood is okay but not exactly what I expected. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean.

The layout and size were exactly what we needed. We had a bedroom with bath for the two adults and a bedroom with bunk beds and bath outside the room for the teens. The great room was the perfect size for the four of us and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was clean. The subway station was about a block and a half from the house which was very convenient. We just found the area around the house to be somewhat down-trodden with trash in the streets and some sketchy people. We never found any larger grocery stores or restaurants in walking distance as was advertised. We did find a taco truck with delicious take out and the hole-in-wall chicken place had surprisingly good chicken so we were able to find food to bring back to the house.

Gabriel was extremely responsive. The condo is near public transportation and a local market down the street. Very comfortable beds and good water pressure!

We had a great stay here for a weekend. The house was as described and very nice. Gabriel was communicative and helpful. Would stay here again!
